The company also announced that Bruce Reilly has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company. For the past twenty years Mr. Reilly has successfully developed and managed a chartered accounting firm, during which time he has acquired a broad range of experience with a primary focus in public company and not-for-profit sectors. In addition to this experience, Mr. Reilly has served as Vice President of Banco Central of Canada. Mr. Reilly holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and holds the Chartered Accountant designation.
