Its distribution system consisted of 353 substations, 29,103 structure miles of overhead lines, 2,110 miles of underground conduit, and 10,580 miles of underground conductors in Oklahoma, as well as 38 substations, 2,778 structure miles of overhead lines, 219 miles of underground conduit, and 700 miles of underground conductors in Arkansas. The company also owned approximately 6,640 miles of intrastate natural gas gathering pipelines in Oklahoma and Texas; approximately 2,284 miles of intrastate natural gas transportation pipelines in Oklahoma; and 2 underground natural gas storage facilities, and 9 operating natural gas processing plants in Oklahoma.
