Inmobiliaria Colonial SA (CATS:COL) is seeking strategic options for the business. Colonial said in a statemnet, "In relation to the reports that have appeared in different media, Colonial advises that within the framework of the negotiation of the restructuring of its syndicated loan maturing in December 2014, it is weighing up strategic options with a view to reducing the amount of debt, such as the sale of assets and possible capital increase, without the company so far having taken any firm decision with respect to these options." Also, Juan Miguel Villar, Chairman of Obrascon Huarte Lain SA, has expressed interest in acquiring a stake in Colonial through a capital increase. Also Expansión reported that Juan Abelló is studying taking a stake in Colonial. Accosring to market reports, Colonial is also seeking to sell Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise (ENXTPA:FLY).

Obrascon Huarte Lain SA announced that its ordinary general shareholders meeting held on May 14, 2013 approved the distribution and payment of a total gross dividend of €65,021,120.09 from the profits of the financial year ended, amounting to a gross dividend of €0.6519 per share for all shares issued to date. In the event that as of the date of payment of the dividend there are any shares held by the company for its own account, the total gross dividend shall be reduced by €0.6519 for each share so held. The dividend shall be paid on June 03, 2013 by means of the institutions approved by Iberclear(Sociedad de Gestión de los Sistemas de Registro, Compensación y Liquidación de Valores S.A.U), the Spanish Stock Market Settlement Company.
