Oklo Resources Limited announced that Mr. Michael Pixley has been appointed a director with effect from March 14, 2013. Mr. Pixley has many years' experience in private banking, bio-technology and mining exploration, having been based in both Singapore and now Perth. The board also advises that Mr. Neil MacLachlan, who has been a director of the company since November 2007 has tendered his resignation as a director.
