OnMobile Global Limited provides data and value added products and services for mobile, landline, and media service providers worldwide. Additionally, it offers speech recognition products, such as teliSpeech and teliPhone, language, speech to text, and speech services; and mobile marketing services, including GreatBuyz, a managed deals platform; and Adwiser, a mobile marketing platform. The company was formerly known as OnMobile Asia Pacific Private limited and changed its name to OnMobile Global Limited in August 2007. OnMobile Global Limited was founded in 2000 and is based in Bengaluru, India.

OnMobile Global Limited announced that Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 15, 2013, recommended a dividend of INR 1.50 per equity share of INR 10 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2013, subject to approval by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
OnMobile Global Limited reported unaudited standalone financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended Mar. 31, 2013. For the quarter, the company reported profit from operations before other income and finance cost of INR 33.4 million against INR 1,224.6 million for the same period of last year. Profit from ordinary activities before tax was INR 151.6 million against loss of INR 15.5 million for the same period of last year. Net profit for the period was INR 141.4 million or INR 1.2 per diluted share against loss of INR 104.7 million or INR 0.9 per diluted share for the same period of last year. Income from operations was INR 1,132.5 million against INR 1,172.7 million for the same period of last year. For the year, the company reported loss from operations before other income and finance cost of INR 221.2 million against profit INR 206.1 million for the same period of last year. Profit from ordinary activities before tax was INR 351.5 million against INR 800.5 million for the same period of last year. Net profit for the period was INR 263.9 million or INR 2.3 per diluted share against INR 502.9 million or INR 4.2 per diluted share for the same period of last year. Income from operations was INR 4,664.3 million against INR 4,998.3 million for the same period of last year.
