C2E Energy, Inc. announced that it has entered into an Agreement with CSFUS Smart (Beijing) Urban Planning Management Co. Ltd., an affiliate of the Chinese Society for Urban Studies of Housing and Urban - Rural Development of the People's Republic of China. The agreement provides for the construction of urban facilities with the utilization of existing technologies for the monitoring and automation of urban facilities (smart cities), wastewater to fuel conversion and urban agriculture. The agreement further provides for the exclusive rights to market all the technologies and in particular the 46 smart city systems currently owned by CSFUS.
