Additionally, the company offers consulting services, such as IT strategy alignment, enterprise architecture planning and design, initial product implementation and integration, and ongoing product enhancement and upgrade; customer support services; and education services. Oracle Corporation was founded in 1977 and is headquartered in Redwood City, California.

ORACLE CORP to Showcase Carrier Ethernet 2.0 Network-as-a-service Orchestration - With full business system integration at Metro Ethernet Forum's - Global Ethernet Networking 2014. Oracle announced that Oracle and InfoVista will demonstrate a joint proof of concept (PoC), 'CE 2.0 Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) Orchestrated and Assured,' at the MEF GEN14 Proof of Concept Showcase. The PoC will demonstrate self-serve ordering of NaaS, dynamically orchestrated and assured, across service provider and wholesale partner networks, with full integration into critical business processes and designed for network technology abstraction. Oracle Launches Oracle Solaris Studio 12.4

Oracle has upgraded Oracle Solaris Studio, a solution which provides a software development environment for building enterprise applications for deployment on Oracle Solaris, Oracle Linux, and other Linux-based systems. The company announced on November 11, 2014 that it had launched Oracle Solaris Studio 12.4 which it said would enable developers to generate higher performing, reliable, and secure applications in record time. The latest release of Oracle's #1 C, C++ and Fortran development environment for Oracle systems includes enhanced software analysis tools to help developers optimize application performance and identify memory errors for improved application reliability. It also includes enhanced standards-based, high performance compilers with advanced optimization capabilities, resulting in the best application performance on Oracle's newest SPARC and x86 systems.
