Prime Media Holdings Inc. approved the election of a new director, Atty.Monica Isabelle I. Villanueva to replace Atty. Garth Castaffeda in board meeting held on April 6, 2013. The board also approved the appointment of Atty. Diane Madelyn C. Ching as Corporate Secretary to replace Atty. Garth Castaneda. Ms. Ching was also appointed to concurrently serve as the corporations Assistant Treasurer.
