Playtech Limited, together with its subsidiaries, develops unified software platforms and content for the online and land-based gambling industry. Playtech Limited has a strategic partnership with Scientific Games Corporation to develop and market Internet and land-based gaming products and services. Playtech Limited was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Douglas, Isle of Man.

Playtech Limited at its annual general meeting held on May 8, 2013, approved final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2012 of 15.4 cents per ordinary share of no par value payable to those shareholders on the register at the close of business on 26 April 2013.
