Q Lotus Holdings, Inc. announced that Marckensie Theresias resigned as director and chairman of the board of directors of the company effective on December 17, 2012 for personal reasons. The board of directors unanimously elected Gary Rosenberg to become Chairman of the board of directors of the company in addition to his current positions of President and Chief Executive Officer.
