Quest Minerals Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Paul Piercy as non-executive Chairman and Mr. Jerome G (Gino) Vitale as Managing Director. Both appointments are effective immediately. Messrs Piercy and Vitale bring to the board substantial technical and commercial depth and experience in project development, bulk commodities, port, rail and infrastructure facilities, finance and capital markets. Mr. Dennis Gee will continue as a non-executive director, while former chairman Mr. Alan Winduss and Mr. Robert Molkenthin, who joined the board in December 2012 to fill a casual vacancy, have resigned. The Company thanks Messrs Winduss and Molkenthin for their contribution and in particular Mr. Winduss who has been a director for the past five years.

Quest Minerals Limited announced that Mr. Vladislav Trashliev has been appointed an alternate Director by Dr. Dennis Gee. The appointment allows Mr. Trashliev to undertake any duties that would otherwise have been required of Dr. Gee on the day of January 22, 2013.

Quest Minerals Limited announced that Robert Molkenthin has been appointed as an executive director of the company, following the resignation from the Board of Chris Barker. Mr. Molkenthin is currently a director and COO of Black Ridge Mining NL.
