Quantum Energy Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the year ended June 30, 2012. For the year, the company reported revenue from continuing activities of AUD 41,632,000 as compared to AUD 43,806,000 for the same period prior year. Loss from Continuing Operations before income tax was AUD 2,533,000 as compared to AUD 6,684,000 for the same period prior year. Loss from Continuing Operations was AUD 1,953,000 or 0.19 cents per basic and diluted share as compared to AUD 5,223,000 or 0.51 cents per basic and diluted share for the same period prior year. Net loss after tax was AUD 3,696,000 or 0.36 cents per basic and diluted share as compared to AUD 9,865,000 or 0.97 cents per basic and diluted share for the same period prior year. Net cash provided by operating activities was AUD 5,672,000 as compared to net cash used in operating activities of AUD 18,720,000 for the same period prior year. Purchase of property, plant and equipment amounted to AUD 136,000 as compared to AUD 243,000 for the same period prior year.
