Rallye announced the successful issue of a tap of EUR 150 million on its 15 October 2018 private placement, increasing the total principal amount of this bond to EUR 300 million. The cost of funding for this tap amounts to 3.754%, the lowest ever(1) achieved by Rallye in a bond issue.

Current operating income grew by 29.3%, driven by the control of GPA and organic growth internationally.
