RAM Active Media plc announced that with immediate effect Tim Baldwin (Non-executive Director) will no longer be a member of the board of the Company.

RAM Active Media plc announced that with immediate effect, and as previously indicated, Tim Baldwin will step down as Chairman of the company (and remain as Non-Executive Director) and be replaced by David Binding (a current Non-Executive Director). The company also announces that Mark Edmonds and Edward Adams will leave the board of the company. Mark will retain his current operational role within the Group's subsidiaries. These changes reflect previous announcements and the strategy and direction of the company.
