Ratos AB announced that the shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held on 17 April 2013 approved an ordinary dividend of SEK 3.00 per share (5.50) of class A and B. The record date for the right to receive dividends is 22 April and dividends are expected to be paid on 25 April 2013.
