Reef Casino Trust announced that Mr. Julian Hercus has informed his retirement from the Board and the Compliance Audit & Risk Committee with effect from the close of the Reef Casino Trust's Annual General Meeting held on April 24, 2013. Mr. Hercus is a director appointed by unitholders. Mr. Hercus first joined the Board in 2000. The Chairman intends to appoint Mr. Richard Haire to replace Mr. Hercus, subject to ministerial approval. Mr. Haire, who is based in Queensland, is a director of the Bank of Queensland Ltd. and a former CEO of Queensland Cotton Ltd. The next election year for unitholder appointed directors is in 2015. Mr. Benjamin Macdonald has been appointed as a member of the Reef Corporate Services Limited Compliance, Audit and Risk Committee effective April 24, 2013.

Reef Casino Trust reported audited consolidated cash flow results for the year ended December 31, 2012. For the year, the company reported net cash from operating activities of AUD 14,382,000 compared to AUD 15,570,000 a year ago. Payments for property, plant and equipment were AUD 3,737,000 compared to AUD 3,271,000 a year ago.
