Retail Estates nv reported unaudited consolidated financial results for the nine months ended Dec. 31, 2012. The rental income during the first three quarters amounts to EUR 30.91 million, an increase of 15.37 % versus EUR 26.79 million fpr the comparable period of the previous fiscal year. This increase is attributable to the growth of the real estate portfolio by acquisitions and to the positive indexation. As per December 31, 2012 the net current result amounts to EUR 15.38 million of which EUR 15.10 million group share. The net current result per share for the first three quarters is EUR 2.65 (taking into account the weighted average of outstanding shares). Net assets per share (investment value) ex. dividend ex. IAS 39 as at the end of Dec. 31, 2012 was EUR 50.48 against EUR 49.01 as at the end of Mar. 31, 2012. The company confirmed dividend for the fiscal year 2013. The expected dividend EUR 2.90 gross per share is confirmed. This represents a 3.57% increase of the dividend compared with the fiscal year 2011-2012. These expectations were made while taking into account stable consumer expenditure and a positive evolution of rental prices caused by the contractual indexation. Payment of dividend July 12, 2013.

Retail Estates nv announced consolidated earnings results for the six months period ended September 30, 2012. For the period, the company's net rental income rose from EUR 17.60 million to EUR 19.71 million. This is mainly due to the acquisition of 85 additional properties in the current financial year and the contribution of retail properties purchased during the previous financial year and which are contributing 100 % for the first time this financial year. Compared with 30 September 2011, the real estate portfolio grew by EUR 110.46 million. With respect to 31 March 2012, the portfolio grew by EUR 99.48 million. The net asset value (fair value) per share amounted to EUR 41.65 (excluding 50 % of the expected dividend) as at September 30, 2012. Property result was EUR 19,467,000 against EUR 17,436,000 a year ago. Operating property result was EUR 18,244,000 against EUR 16,412,000 a year ago. Operating result was EUR 20,062,000 against EUR 18,264,000 a year ago. Result before taxes was EUR 13,228,000 against EUR 11,785,000 a year ago. Net result attributable to equity holders of the group was EUR 12,732,000 or 2.26 per diluted share against EUR 11,707,000 or 2.23 per diluted s a year ago. Net asset value per share was EUR 43.10 against EUR 44.39 a year ago. Profit available for distribution per share was EUR 1.72 against EUR 1.66 a year ago.
