William E. Beifuss voluntarily resigned from the board of directors and as the secretary of Warp 9, Inc., effective February 11, 2013, in order to pursue other interests. Simultaneously, Andrew Van Noy was appointed as the new chairman of the company's board of directors, Greg Boden was appointed as the new secretary of the company, and Zachary Bartlett was appointed as a new director of the company, effective February 11, 2013. Zachary Bartlett currently serves as the vice president of operations of the company, a position he has held since July 2012. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bartlett was the founder and creative director of Crowbar Studios, Inc. Greg Boden has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2012, a director of the company since November 2011, and president of Bountiful Capital, LLC, an investment company and an accounting and finance consulting firm, since October 2010. Andrew Van Noy has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since August 2012, President of the company since April 2012, and a director of the company since November 2011.

Warp 9, Inc.’s common stock has been deleted from OTC Bulletin Board effective July 23, 2012 on account of its ineligibility for quotation on OTCBB due to quoting inactivity under SEC Rule 15c2-11.

Warp 9, Inc. announced an agreement with J3L Investments, LLC to develop PrioritEZ, a new mobile app for iPhone /iPad users. With the recent rise in mobile smartphone users and mass public acceptance of the mobile app marketplace, J3L Investments has chosen to launch a new iPhone utility /entertainment app to be distributed by the Apple iTune App Store. Having interviewed various app developer in a national bid process, J3L selected Warp 9 to build PrioritEZ, a new iPhone /iPad app, along with a companion database. Warp 9 will also host PrioritEZ, by providing an enterprise cloud hosting solution to support the database back-end of the app.
