For the quarter, the company reported total subscription, training and services revenue of $445,899,000 against $374,423,000 a year ago. Income from operations was $64,227,000 against $55,574,000 a year ago. Income before provision for income taxes was $65,948,000 against $58,297,000 a year ago. Net income was $46,823,000 or $0.25 per diluted share against $40,808,000 or $0.21 per diluted share a year ago. Net cash provided by operating activities was $107,737,000 against $118,929,000 a year ago. Purchase of other intangible assets was $1,198,000 against $10,177,000 a year ago. Purchase of property and equipment was $14,290,000 against $21,829,000 a year ago. Non-GAAP adjusted income before provision for income taxes was $110,546,000 against $96,958,000 a year ago. Non-GAAP adjusted net income (basic and diluted) was $78,488,000 or $0.41 per diluted share against $67,870,000 or $0.35 per diluted share a year ago. Non-GAAP adjusted operating income was $108,825,000 against $94,235,000 a year ago. Year-over-year second quarter, total revenue grew 19%, which exceeded the high end of the company’s revenue guidance due to a combination of strong demand for subscriptions and services and rapid revenue growth from Red Hat certified public cloud providers, which the company will describe in more detail in a moment. The higher non-GAAP operating income result was due to the outperformance on the revenue line. For the six months, the company reported total subscription, training and services revenue of $869,653,000 against $737,682,000 a year ago. Income from operations was $115,190,000 against $112,197,000 a year ago. Income before provision for income taxes was $119,110,000 against $115,998,000 a year ago. Net income was $84,568,000 or $0.44 per diluted share against $81,199,000 or $0.42 per diluted share a year ago. Net cash provided by operating activities was $272,424,000 against $260,744,000 a year ago. Purchase of other intangible assets was $1,751,000 against $12,521,000 a year ago. Purchase of property and equipment was $22,884,000 against $48,506,000 a year ago. Non-GAAP adjusted income before provision for income taxes was $200,997,000 against $184,918,000 a year ago. Non-GAAP adjusted net income (basic and diluted) was $142,708,000 or $0.75 per diluted share against $129,443,000 or $0.67 per diluted share a year ago. Non-GAAP adjusted operating income was $197,077,000 against $181,117,000 a year ago. The company provided earnings guidance for the third quarter and full year of 2014. For third quarter, the company’s revenue is expected to be approximately $449 million to $452 million. This reflects approximately $7 million of foreign exchange headwind from my previous guidance and from all the sell-side models. Operating margin is expected to be in the 23% area, and interest and other income should be around $2 million. And non-GAAP EPS is expected to be approximately $0.40, assuming the same 29% tax rate. The new full year revenue guidance is $1.770 billion to $1.785 billion or 16% growth at the top of the range at these assumed currency rates. By raising the bottom of the company’s previous U.S. dollar revenue guidance and maintaining the top end of that range, the company has increased the midpoint of its fiscal year revenue guidance by $5 million despite the $15 million incremental foreign exchange headwind. In addition, by maintaining the high end of its revenue guidance, the company is effectively raising the constant currency revenue guidance by $15 million at the top of the range. It is the company’s intention to continue to invest in sales and engineering, and therefore, the company is maintaining its operating margin guidance at around 23%. The estimated annual effective tax rate remains at 29%, and earnings per share is expected to be in the range of $1.53 to $1.55, pushing the EPS range higher by $0.01 per share. The company operating cash flow guidance is unchanged at $580 million to $600 million. Free cash flow is expected to show nice improvement this year in percentage terms since CapEx is expected to be in the $50 million range for the full year, down from almost $80 million last year.
