Religare Health Trust has recorded distributable income of $20.145 million for the year to March 31, 1.9% below the $20.539 million the business trust had forecast at its initial public offering last October. Distribution per unit was 3.55 cents for the year, lower than the projected 3.61 cents.

Religare Health Trust announced that Mr. Gurpreet Dhillon, Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, will become the company's Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Dhillon succeeds Mr. Ravi Mehrotra who will continue to serve as Executive Chairman of the company and remain on the Board of Directors thereby playing an active role in guiding the strategy and monitoring the management of the trust. Mr. Dhillon has been an Executive Director of the Trustee Manager since 2011 and previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer. Since the trust inception, Mr. Dhillon has been intimately involved in the operational management, strategic decision-making and defining its growth path and has been integral to sourcing for potential investments and acquisitions for the trust. He brings nearly ten years of experience in corporate strategy, finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as international regulatory and taxation experience. Mr. Dhillon was also previously on the Board of Directors of Religare Capital Markets and is a founding shareholder of Religare Enterprises.

Religare Health Trust announced earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2013. For the period, the company reported total revenue of SGD 49,627,000. Net operating income was SGD 13,892,000 compared to SGD 13,892,000 a year ago. The company exceeded revenue expectations attributed mainly to the strong performance of the Hospital Income segment driven by higher occupancy rates at RHT's two Operating Hospitals. The company recorded distributable income of SGD 20.145 million for the year to March 31, 2013, 1.9% below the SGD 20.539 million the business trust had forecast at its initial public offering last October.
