Renault Societe Anonym debuted The Renault Captur in Saudi Arabia. The all-new Captur urban crossover has a powerful presence offering a blend and the best of three different worlds: The expressive styling and driving position of an SUV the cabin space and modular interior of an MPV and the agility and driving enjoyment of a compact saloon car. The Renault Captur emerges as a clear segment leader. It not only builds on the Renault heritage but it also gives crossover owners a spacious comfortable and feature-filled interior. Rear passengers enjoy knee room of up to 21.6 cm for maximum comfort. The folding rear bench as well has 3 seats converts into a flat floor and slides on rails allowing the Captur's volume to be adjusted and its passenger compartment arranged to suit all needs. The new seat design as well enhances the passenger compartment's modern look. The customizable seat covers are made of soft and comfy fabric available in a variety of colors and five different patterns providing ample possibilities for personal taste and preference. The Driving Eco2 program as well makes it easy to control fuel consumption depending on its customized daily advise. The Renault Captur is also fitted with a parking distance control for an easier driving experience. Four rear parking sensors with reversing camera depending on the version. The camera sends the image to the navigation system screen and displays guidance aids allowing the driver to navigate smoothly around unseen obstacles. Renault group announced senior management appointments, effective January 1, 2015. Mr. Christian Vandenhende is appointed EVP Quality and Total Customer Satisfaction, Renault group, replacing Philippe Prevel, who will take other responsibilities. He will become a member of the Renault Executive Committee and will report to Mr. Thierry Bollore, Chief Competitive Officer. Mr. Yasuhiro Yamauchi is appointed Alliance EVP, Purchasing and Chairman & Managing Director of RNPO taking over Mr. Christian Vandenhende. He will report to Mr. Thierry Bollore, Chief Competitive Officer of Renault and to Mr. Hiroto Saikawa, Chief Competitive Officer of Nissan. Christian Vandenhende, Executive Vice-President, Quality and Total Customer Satisfaction, Renault group. He joined Valeo as a product/process engineer and then held various positions in the Purchasing function before being named Purchasing Director of the Clutch Division in Amiens in 1996. He joined Renault in 1999 as head of the Supplier Performance Analysis department and was appointed Cost Price Director in 2003. As of April 1, 2014, Christian Vandenhende is appointed Alliance Executive Vice President, Alliance Purchasing. Yasuhiro Yamauchi Alliance EVP, Purchasing and Chairman & Managing Director of RNPO. He begins his career in Nissan Motor Co. Ltd., in 1981, where he occupies various executive positions in the purchasing function, as well as in RNPO. In April, 2014, Mr. Yasuhiro Yamauchi is appointed Alliance Global Vice President, Senior Vice President, Alliance Purchasing, in charge of the convergence of the Management and the Human resources of purchasing functions, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply chain of Renault and Nissan.

Renault SA is launching two new models in 2015. The automaker is making its entry into the volume and growth segments. It aims to move towards its target of having 5% in the country's market in the next three years.
