Agenda: to receive the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended July 31, 2012; to appoint the auditor and to authorize the directors to fix the remuneration of the auditor; to consider, and if deemed advisable, pass an ordinary resolution approving the continued use of the company's existing stock option plan; to consider approving share issuances in lieu of cash remuneration to directors and officers; to consider the proposed consolidation of the common shares of the Company, as described more fully in the accompanying information circular; and to transact such other business as may properly be brought before the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Red Pine Exploration Inc. is seeking outside parties who have the potential to advance company's projects. The outside party can have Option/Joint Venture agreements which will allow them to earn an interest in our projects over time.

Red Pine Exploration Inc. announced the appointment of Kirk McKinnon to the role of Chairman, Quentin Yarie, PGeo. to the role of President and Chief Operating Officer and Peter Liabotis, CA to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Elgin Wolfe will serve as Vice-Chairman and Richard Schler will serve as Executive Vice President.
