Resource Star Limited announced that Mr. Charles Guy and Mr. Chris Burrell will join the Resource Star Board as Non-Executive and Executive Director respectively. Mr. Guy is the former Exploration Manager for Jupiter Mines Ltd, where he implemented a management style and set of exploration protocols which enabled the projects to progress from a grass roots stage through to resource development planning. Mr. Burrell has been practising in the area of commercial law for over ten years and is the Managing Partner and founder of Fuse Advisory a boutique corporate and legal advisory firm. Mr. Burrell will be responsible for the operations of the Company and will work closely with Mr. Bell to raise the Company's profile; help it achieve its strategic objectives and support the Corporate Governance framework. Mr. Burrell will commence the Executive role on a part-time basis.

Resource Star Limited announced that both Mr. Robert Benussi and Mr. Simon Heggen have tendered their resignations from their respective roles of Non-Executive Director and Managing Director effective 31 March and 5 April 2013. Mr. Benussi and Mr. Heggen wish to pursue other business interests and they also believe that the time is appropriate for new Board members to join the Company who can assist the Chairman, Mr. Andrew Bell with the Company going forward. Both Mr. Benussi and Mr. Heggen have been significant contributors with their commitment, advise, energy, and effort on Company strategy and day to day operations since their respective appointments in July 2009 and May 2011 and will be missed.

Resource Star Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Ross Kestel, Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
