Attendees at the SAPPHIRE NOW/ASUG Annual Conference have the exclusive opportunity to view the latest solution release at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, USA, on May 14-16, 2013. ReadSoft PROCESS DIRECTOR is the most widely implemented Accounts Payable (AP) Automation solution for SAP. It works inside SAP and provides a start-to-finish workflow for automated invoice approval, leveraging customers’ investment in SAP while reducing AP costs by up to 80%. With PROCESS DIRECTOR 7.2, the cost savings and error reduction benefits are now realized in several other common business processes. Routine financial postings that consume AP departments are automated, including adjustments, accruals and reversals, and recurring entries. Master data updates to both customer and vendor data are supported, a key for successful sales order processing. The customer order process itself is streamlined with improved checks and determinations, and built-in order processing reports are available for monitoring important KPI’s. PROCESS DIRECTOR 7.2 keeps a complete audit trail of the business process, supporting business compliance requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
