Rubis Announces Earnings Results for the Year Ended 2013; Provides Capex Guidance for 2014

Rubis announced earnings results for the year ended 2013. For the year, the company reported net income, group’s share of EUR 105 million or EUR 2.97 diluted earnings per share on sales revenue of EUR 2,765 million compared to net income, group’s share of EUR 94 million or EUR 2.91 diluted earnings per share on sales revenue of EUR 2,669 million of prior year. EBITDA and EBIT were EUR 227 million and EUR 166 million against EUR 209 million and EUR 147 million of prior year. Capital expenditure was EUR 119 million against EUR 112 million of prior year. Cash flow was EUR 154 million against EUR 150 million of prior year. At constant scope, EBIT and net income were up 7% and 12% respectively. In 2014, capital expenditures budget reaches (EUR 138 million - versus EUR 119 million in 2013) aiming at pursuing Rubis industrial development.

Rubis Proposes Dividend for the Year 2013

Rubis announced dividend of EUR 1.95 will be proposed (i.e. an increase of 6%) at the forthcoming annual shareholders' meeting on June 5, 2014.
