The company reported operating income of $42,736,000, income from continuing operations before income taxes of $9,722,000 against $43,740,000 and $35,146,000 respectively a year ago. The company continues to expect to achieve 2013 guidance of 4% to 6% constant-currency sales growth, and non-GAAP earnings per share in a range between $2.80 and $2.90. GAAP EPS estimate is $2.45 - $2.55. Amortization of intangible assets related to acquisitions estimate is $0.23.
