Net income for the quarter improved approximately $0.81 million to $0.41 million or $0.03 per basic and diluted share, compared with a net loss of approximately $0.4 million or $0.03 per basic and diluted share for the same quarter last year, an improvement of $0.06 per share quarter over quarter. Operating income was $0.5 million compared with operating loss of $0.67 million a year ago.
