Cocca was fired in January and made to leave on the day and left at Rygge Airport without a return ticket. Ryanair cites several work mistakes as the reason but according to Cocca it was her criticism of a superior that was behind the firing. The company has also argued it is not Cocca's true employer but that Crewlink Ireland Ltd. is. Cocca was hired over a three year period to cover an employee shortage. Parat argues this type on long term temping is in breach with Norwegian employment regulations.
