Ryland Group Inc. (NYSE:RYL) said that it has priced an underwritten public offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 0.25% Convertible Senior Notes due 2019. Ryland had also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $37.5 million aggregate principal amount of notes. Ryland plans to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, which may include land and other acquisitions to expand market opportunities.
