Saab and Mxi Technologies Sign Teaming Agreement for Military Fleet Management

Saab and Mxi Technologies have signed a Teaming Agreement to cooperate in the provision of Military Fleet Management utilizing Mxi´s Maintenix software. This cooperation combines Saab´s experience in integrated technical and logistic support solutions for complex systems and Mxi Technologies Maintenix software, to deliver a comprehensive Fleet Management offering. When weighing the Total cost of Ownership (TCO) for military systems, Saab's support solutions deliver unparalleled customer value by optimizing system availability (in design) and in-service support investments from a life-cycle perspective. A key enabler is an integrated approach to information management to continuously update "As Designed", "As Delivered" and "As Maintained" system configuration based on operational experience. Maintenix software enables Saab to secure the integrity of "As Maintained" in-service systems and feedback findings to influence design changes and new delivery configurations.
