Saratoga Investment Corp. Announces Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend, Payable on November 28, 2014 and February 27, 2015

Saratoga Investment Corp. will pay quarterly dividends of $0.18 per share for the most recently completed quarter, and $0.22 per share for the quarter ended November 30, 2014. Saratoga Investment anticipates continuing to increase its per share dividends, subject to its net investment income in future quarters. The first dividend will be payable on November 28, 2014 to all stockholders of record at the close of business on November 3, 2014, while the second increased dividend will be payable on February 27, 2015 to all stockholders on record at the close of business on February 2, 2015.

Saratoga Investment Corp. Enters into Second Amendment to its Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facility with Madison Capital Funding LLC

Saratoga Investment Corp. announced that on September 17, 2014, the company entered into a second amendment to its senior secured revolving credit facility with Madison Capital Funding LLC to, among other things, extend the commitment termination date from February 24, 2015 to September 17, 2017; extend the maturity date of the credit facility from February 24, 2020 to September 17, 2022 (unless terminated sooner upon certain events); reduce the applicable margin rate on base rate borrowings from 4.50% to 3.75%; reduce the applicable margin rate on LIBOR borrowings from 5.50% to 4.75%; reduce the floor on base rate borrowings from 3.0% to 2.25%; and reduce the floor on LIBOR borrowings from 2.0% to 1.25%.
