Profit before net finance costs and taxation was ZAR 7,425,000 compared to ZAR 6,465,000 a year ago. Profit from operations was ZAR 7,014,000 compared to ZAR 6,327,000 a year ago. Loss before taxation operations was ZAR 2,603,000 compared to profit before taxation operations of ZAR 1,692,000 a year ago. Net loss for the period was ZAR 3,154,000 compared to net profit for the period of ZAR 1,598,000 a year ago. Total comprehensive loss attributable to equity shareholders was ZAR 3,143,000 or 34.3 cents diluted per share compared to total comprehensive profit attributable to equity shareholders of ZAR 1,604,000 or 17.5 cents diluted per share a year ago. Cash inflow from operating activities was ZAR 28,677,000 compared to ZAR 2,039,000 a year ago.

Sable Holdings Ltd. provided earnings guidance for the six months ended December 31, 2012. Headline earnings per share are expected to be between 180% and 190% lower compared to the six months ended December 31, 2011 and earnings per share are expected to be between 290% and 300% lower compared to the six months ended December 31, 2011.
