Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc. announced consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2013. For the fourth quarter of 2013, the company recognized FFO and Normalized FFO of $19.0 million or $0.49 per diluted common share and AFFO and Normalized AFFO of $19.5 million or $0.50 per diluted common share compared to Normalized FFO of $16.3 million or $0.43 per diluted common share and Normalized AFFO of $15.6 million or $0.41 per diluted common share for the same period in 2012. During the fourth quarter, revenues increased 32.8% over the same period in 2012, from $28.3 million to $37.6 million. Net income attributable to common stockholders was $10.4 million or $0.27 per diluted common share, compared to $4.0 million or $0.11 per diluted common share for the same period in 2012. The company generated $12.9 million of cash from operating activities, compared to $8.4 million for the same period in 2012, a 54.3% increase. Adjusted EBITDA was $32,330,000, compared to $23,487,000 for the last year. As of December 31, 2013, 51% of revenues were derived from leases to subsidiaries of Genesis, and 69.5% were derived from skilled nursing-related assets. Cash flows from operations totaled $12.9 million for the fourth quarter of 2013 compared to $8.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2012, an increase of 54.3%. Total revenue was $134,780,000, compared to $103,170,000 for the last year. Net income attributable to common stockholders was $25,749,000 or $0.68 per diluted share, compared to $19,513,000 or $0.52 per diluted share for the last year. Net cash provided by operating activities was $62,099,000, compared to $56,252,000 for the last year. Additions to real estate were $764,000, compared to $1,046,000 for the last year. Adjusted EBITDA was $118,357,000, compared to $86,781,000 for the last year. Funds from operations were $59,030,000, compared to $52,257,000 for the last year. Normalized FFO was $69,901,000, compared to $54,927,000 for the last year. Adjusted FFO was $57,942,000, compared to $60,287,000 for the last year. Normalized AFFO was $67,954,000, compared to $60,134,000 for the last year. FFO per diluted common share was $1.55 compared to $1.40 for the last year. Normalized FFO per diluted common share was $1.84 compared to $1.47 for the last year. AFFO per diluted common share was $1.51 compared to $1.59 for the last year. Normalized AFFO per diluted common share was $1.77 compared to $1.59 for the last year. The company also reaffirm its previously announced 2014 guidance. The company expects to do $350 million to $400 million in investments this year.
