Second Chance Properties Limited reported unaudited group financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended May 31, 2014. For the nine months, the company reported revenue of SGD 30,545,000 against SGD 32,556,000 for the same period of last year. Profit from operations was SGD 10,492,000 against SGD 10,939,000 for the same period of last year. Profit before income tax was SGD 11,857,000 against SGD 11,403,000 for the same period of last year. Net profit was SGD 10,845,000 against SGD 9,968,000 for the same period of last year. Net cash provided by operating activities was SGD 6,421,000 against outflow of SGD 2,510,000 for the same period of last year. Purchase of property, plant and equipment was SGD 18,809,000 against SGD 431,000 for the same period of last year. Earnings per share on fully diluted basis was 1.46 cents 1.58 cents for the same period of last year.
