Siamgas and Petrochemicals Public Company Limited reported consolidated and parent earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013. For the quarter, on consolidated basis, the company reported net profit of THB 493,000 or 0.00 per share compared to THB 799,825,000 or 0.87 per share a year ago. For the quarter, on parent basis, the company reported net loss of THB 341,352,000 or 0.37 per share compared to net profit of THB 548,587,000 or 0.60 per share a year ago.

Siamgas and Petrochemicals Public Company Limited announced that at its AGM held on Apri 23, 2013, the shareholders approved the annual dividend payment for the year 2012 of THB 0.40 per share with the total amount of approximately THB 367.57 million. SGP paid dividend for the first half of 2012 at THB 0.15 per share on September 10, 2012. The rest will be paid to those shareholders entitled to receive the dividend. The shareholders entitled to attend the meeting and cast votes in the meeting shall be those listed in the shareholders' Register at the Stock Exchange of Thailand as the Record Date of March 14, 2013.
