SENSIO Technologies Inc. announced that the recent license agreement between Wi-LAN Inc. and some of its subsidiaries and Panasonic Corporation, announced by WiLAN on May 6, 2013, included rights granted to Panasonic under SENSIO's patents covering its SENSIO(R) S2D Switch technology. SENSIO and WiLAN entered into an agreement to partner on licensing activities in September, 2012 that granted WiLAN exclusive rights to license certain SENSIO patents relating to 3D technologies including patents related to SENSIO's S2D Switch technology. Subject to certain terms of that agreement, net revenues generated from licensing the SENSIO patents are to be shared by SENSIO and WiLAN. The proprietary SENSIO(R) S2D Switch, which is protected by US and international patents, enables users to switch viewing mode of a 3D video feed from 3D to 2D. It supports the most popular frame-compatible formats covered by HDMI 1.4a, and used by service providers supporting 3D including side-by-side (SbS), top-and-bottom (TaB).

SENSIO Technologies, Inc. announced the execution of a 12-month service agreement with Hayden IR whereby Hayden will provide investor relations. Hayden will, among other things, provide advice on SENSIO's corporative communications, support its positioning, distribute the Company's communications to networks of investors as well as, if required, manage communications with investors for the American market.

SENSIO Technologies Inc. announced that its long awaited 3DGO! service is available to consumers. The 3DGO! application will gradually be made available to all 3DTVs supporting SENSIO Hi-Fi 3D technology in the US with full deployment expected by June 2013. New compatible 3DTVs supporting the technology will also have access to 3DGO! from that point on. The 3DGO! application is currently offered for free on VIZIO's Smart TVs with Theatre 3D. Content offered on 3DGO! can be rented for a period of 24 hours at a price ranging from $5.99 to $7.99. Rental revenues are expected to begin in May 2013, with anticipated significant growth in the following months, driven by increased number of compatible devices, application downloads and increased usage.
