To discuss about operations in Latin America in the second quarter of 2014

Skanska Names Johan Henriksson as President for Skanska LA

Skanska announced that the size of the Latin American operations will be significantly reduced. Focus will be placed on the operations & maintenance (O&M) business. Against this background, Johan Henriksson is appointed new business unit, President for Skanska LA. Johan has been with Skanska for close to 20 years, and is currently the CFO for the construction unit Skanska USA Civil. Prior to that, Johan has held the positions as CFO for Skanska Infrastructure Development and Skanska Sweden, respectively. Johan will report to Mats Williamson, Executive Vice President Skanska AB, and he assumes his new position immediately.

Skanska AB to Construct Power Plant in US Midwest for USD 78 Million Contract Share

Skanska AB announced the signing of an engineering, procurement and construction contract for a co-generation plant with an existing power client in the Midwest region of US. Total project value is USD 127 million, out of which Skanska will include its 60% share of the project value, or USD 78 million, in order bookings for its Skanska USA Civil division for the third quarter of 2014.
