Jaipan Industries Ltd. reported unaudited earnings results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2012. For the quarter, the company reported profit from operations before other income, interest and exceptional items of INR 1.464 million, net profit of INR 0.335 million or INR 0.05 per share on total income of INR 69.344 million compared to profit from operations before other income, interest and exceptional items of INR 1.056 million, net profit of INR 0.494 million or INR 0.08 per share on total income of INR 68.852 million for the same period last year. Profit from ordinary activities before tax was INR 0.335 million compared to INR 0.494 million a year ago.
