The board of directors of Santam Ltd. notified its shareholders that Mr. BTPKM Gamedze will no longer be a member of the company’s audit committee. Mr. Gamedze will continue, in a Non-Executive capacity, to serve on Santam’s Risk Committee and Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee.
