Kamal Jain has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee and H.P. Choursia and S. L. Ojha are appointed as Independent/Non-Executive members of the Audit Committee. H.P. Choursia has been appointed as Chairman of the Investors/Shareholders Grievances Redressai Committee and Kamal Jain and S. L. Ojha are appointed as Independent/Non-Executive members of the Investors/Shareholders Grievances Redressai Committee. The Investment Committee has been discontinued with effect from February 1, 2013.
