Saudi Steel Pipe Company Affiliate wins USD 77.85 Million Contract by Saudi Aramco

Saudi Steel Pipe Company announced that one of its affiliates had received a manufacture and supply contract totaling more than SAR 292 million (USD 77.85 million or EUR 59.3 million) from Saudi Aramco. The financial effect of the contract, under which SSP's affiliate Global Pipes Company will provide Saudi Aramco with 23-inch pipes for the transportation of gas and liquefied natural gas, is expected in the fourth quarter of 2014 and the first half of 2015.

For the quarter, the company reported net profit of SAR 15.55 million, compared to SAR 25.11 million for the same quarter ended June 30, 2013. For the six months, the company reported net profit of SAR 19.58 million, or SAR 0.38 per share, compared to SAR 48.22 million, or SAR 0.94 per share, for the same period ended June 30, 2013.

Saudi Steel Pipes Wins USD 3.7 Million Contract to Supply Small Diameter Pipes to Manar Al Omran

Saudi Steel Pipes announced that it had won a contract worth SAR 14 million (USD 3.7 million/EUR 2.7 million) to supply small diameter pipes to local steel scaffolding provider Manar Al Omran. The pipes will be manufactured in the second and third quarter of 2014.
