The Insurance segment operates as a full-service insurance agency offering commercial property and casualty insurance, group life and health coverage, employee benefit solutions, and personal insurance lines. S&T Bancorp, Inc. operates approximately 58 locations, including 55 branches located in 11 counties in Pennsylvania; 2 drive up facilities; and 1 loan production office in Akron, Ohio. The company was founded in 1902 and is headquartered in Indiana, Pennsylvania.

The Board of Directors of S&T Bancorp Inc. approved a $0.17 per share cash dividend for second quarter of 2014, at its regular meeting held July 28, 2014. The dividend is payable August 28, 2014 to shareholders of record on August 14, 2014. This dividend compares to a common stock dividend of $0.17 per share in the prior quarter and $0.15 per share declared in the same period a year ago.
