Time Warner Cable Inc. announced that Deborah Picciolo has been elevated to the new position of Senior Vice President of Technical Operations, Residential, effective immediately. (NasdaqGS:NWSA); and Comcast Corporation (NasdaqGS:CMCS.A) are considering various strategic options for the site including a sale.
