The board of directors of Total Client Services Limited notified its shareholders that the function of Mr. Lindikhaya Sipoyo has changed from that of dual Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer to solely Chief Executive Officer and the function of Mr. Dumisani Mafu has changed from that of Independent Non-executive Director to Independent Non- executive Chairperson, with effect from 27 March 2013.

The board of directors of Total Client Services Limited notifies its shareholders that the employment contract of Ms. Elaine Page has expired and will not be renewed as Ms. Page would like to pursue personal interests. As a result of this, Ms. Page has resigned from the Board effective 15 March 2013.

Total Client Services Limited announced consolidated financial results for the six months ended August 31, 2012. For the period, the company reported revenue of ZAR 26.022 million against ZAR 22.462 million a year ago. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation was ZAR 2.760 million against ZAR 0.916 million a year ago. Loss from operations was ZAR 1.070 million against ZAR 1.674 million a year ago. Loss before taxation was ZAR 3.079 million against ZAR 3.626 million a year ago. Loss attributable to equity holders of the company was ZAR 3.035 million or ZAR 0.79 per basic and diluted share against ZAR 2.635 million or ZAR 0.68 per basic and diluted share a year ago. Headline loss for the period was ZAR 0.986 million or ZAR 0.26 per headline and diluted share against ZAR 2.782 million or ZAR 0.72 per headline and diluted share a year ago. Net cash used in operating activities was ZAR 0.335 million against net cash from operating activities of ZAR 0.069 million a year ago. The difference in the loss and headline loss relate mainly to the goodwill impairment.
