Tivus, Inc. announced that Mr. John Bickel joined the TiVUS board. He acts in a capacity to assist the company in its growth, specifically assisting the CEO with business turn around plans, finance, management & capital raise. Mr. Bickel is a senior executive with significant experience at division and corporate headquarters of both Fortune 500 and start-up companies. Mr. Bickel is also a US Military veteran, holding a TS/SCI security clearance.

Tivus, Inc. announced that Mr. Mark Brenner joined its board. He acts in a capacity to assist the company in its growth, specifically assisting the CEO with business development plans, designing and implementing processes to support business growth, as well as, customer and market definition. Among his other duties, Mark assists in driving the Marketing Program (including identifying new customers and markets, developing approaches to the market, identifying prospects, proposal preparation, etc.), developing a marketing strategy, and consults with proposal teams and client account managers. In general, Mark assists in developing an appropriate strategy and vision to help steer the company in its future. Mark is also the President and CEO of Details Hospitality Alliance, a company he founded in 2001.

Tivus, Inc. announced its first contract in the Asia Pacific region with Neesa Leisure Ltd., which owns and operates hotel properties in India under the brand name 'CAMBAY Hotels & Resorts'. Tivus USA, through a joint venture with Tivus Smartv India Pvt Ltd. (TSIL), has been working with NLL for the last year negotiating this contract. TSIL will provide financing for installation in the 10 hotels served under this contract. The installation will begin in the next 30 days with the required management already hired by TSIL for the Asia deployment. TiVUS recently announced the start of its operations in the Asia Pacific region, which has provided hotel chains significant growth opportunities. The top ten chains have a total inventory of more than 770,000 rooms under management as of 2011 with likely plans for another 1 million rooms in the next 3-4 years.
