TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC announced group earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2013. For the year, the company reported revenue of £1,670 million against £1,687 million a year ago. Underlying EBITDA was £361 million against £290 million a year ago. Headline EBITDA was £299 million against £299 million a year ago. Operating profit was £141 million against £145 million a year ago. Profit before taxation was £122 against £127 million a year ago. Profit for the year attributable to the equity holders of the parent company was £100 million or 10.6 pence diluted per share against £138 million or 14.9 pence diluted per share a year ago. Net cash flows generated from operating activities was £287 million against £253 million a year ago. Acquisition of operating intangible assets was £34 million against £28 million a year ago. Acquisition of property, plant and equipment was £70 million against £78 million a year ago. Underlying earnings were £182 million or 19.4 pence diluted per share against £152 million or 16.4 pence diluted per share a year ago. Headline earnings were £132 million or 14.0 pence diluted per share against £159 million or 17.2 pence diluted per share a year ago. Total net debt as on March 31, 2013 was £393 million against £434 million as at March 31, 2012. The company provided earnings guidance for the fiscal year 2014. the company expects revenues to grow by at least 2%. Capex is expected to be within its guideline of 6% of revenue and working capital is expected to show outflows of £15 million - £20 million as they grow the business. The company's board has declared a final dividend of 6.95 pence per share which will be paid on August 2, 2013, subject to approval at the AGM on July 24, 2013 for shareholders on the register at July 5, 2013. The total declared dividend for the year was 10.4 pence. The company plans to invest substantially in growing its business during fiscal 2014, its is reiterating the commitment to grow the dividend by a minimum of 15%.
