Titan Resources International Corp. announced they have signed an LOI for the rights to purchase 100% ownership of a prospective gold property located in the Abitibi gold belt of the Val D'Or mining region of northern Quebec, Canada. The property is situated in the Abitibi Gold Belt which hosts many small to medium sized mining operations, and is one of the most active regions in all of Quebec for gold exploration. The Abitibi gold belt is a region of Canada that extends form Wawa, Ontario to Val D'Or, Quebec. Located within the mineral rich Abitibi Greenstone Belt, the Abitibi gold belt is an established mining district having produced over 100 mines and 170 million ounces of gold since 1901. Various geophysical surveys have been performed on the property indicating the presence of metallic mineralization in the bedrock near surface. The company has plans for additional work to continue on the property this summer.

Titan Resources International Corp. announced that is has signed an LOI to expand its presence in a prolific British Colombia mine situated close to New Denver, BC. The company has entered into an LOI to acquire up to 75% of several contiguous mining claims of a highly recognized property. Historically speaking, approximately 500,000 tonnes of ore have been extracted from this region over the last century. The term of the LOI is 90 days.

Titan Resources International Corp. is seeking acquisitions. “We also intend on expanding our project area in the Slocan region and we are constantly assessing other acquisition opportunities that fit into our exploration criteria. The Slocan region is well known for its Silver deposits with numerous areas of highly anomalous geology. With the implementation of modern exploration techniques, we anticipate discovery of brand new mineralization deposits.
