It offers rims, wheels, tires, and undercarriage systems and components for various agricultural and forestry equipment, including tractors, combines, skidders, plows, planters, and irrigation equipment. The company also provides its products for various types of off-the-road earthmoving, mining, military, and construction equipment comprising skid steers, aerial lifts, cranes, graders and levelers, scrapers, self-propelled shovel loaders, articulated dump trucks, load transporters, haul trucks, backhoe loaders, crawler tractors, lattice cranes, shovels, and hydraulic excavators. In addition, it manufactures bias truck tires; provides wheels and tires; and assembles brakes, actuators, and components for the domestic boat, recreational, and utility trailer markets, as well as offers products for all-terrain vehicles, turf, and golf cart applications. The company sells its products directly to original equipment manufacturers, independent distributors, equipment dealers, and distribution centers. Titan International, Inc. was founded in 1890 and is based in Quincy, Illinois.

Titan International Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2014. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of $449,579,000 compared to $497,510,000 a year ago. Loss from operations was $2,514,000 compared to income from operations of $17,055,000 a year ago. Loss before income taxes was $22,144,000 compared to income before income taxes of $13,363,000 a year ago. Net loss attributable to the company was $9,067,000 or $0.17 per basic and diluted share compared to net income attributable to the company of $8,093,000 or $0.15 per basic and diluted share a year ago. Adjusted net loss attributed to the company was $9,067,000 or $0.17 per basic and diluted share compared to adjusted net income attributable to the company of $8,093,000 or $0.15 per basic and diluted share a year ago. The decrease in Net Sales were partially offset by the inclusion of the recently acquired Voltyre-Prom business which recorded $24.2 million in sales, and increased sales 5%. Capital expenditures were $15.4 million for the third quarter of 2014 and $18.9 million in the third quarter 2013. For the nine months, the company reported net sales of $1,512,250,000 compared to $1,669,188,000 a year ago. The decrease in Net Sales were partially offset by the inclusion of the recently acquired Voltyre-Prom business which recorded $78.8 million in sales, and increased sales 5%. Capital expenditures were $46.3 million for 2014 compared to $55.0 million for 2013. Net debt (debt less cash and investments) was $345.8 million at September 30, 2014, compared to $383.4 million at December 31, 2013.
