Union Petrochemical Public Company Limited at its AGM held on April 22, 2013, approved the dividend payment for the accounting year of 2012 in amount of THB 44.19 million which is equivalent to 45.41% of the company's net profit for the year 2012 or equal to the dividend payment of THB 0.065 per share. Such dividend will be paid to the shareholders whose name appear on the company registered book on May 8, 2013, which is the record date and to list the name of those shareholders in accordance with SEC act No. 225 by book closing method on May 9, 2013. The company will pay the dividend within May 20, 2013.
