Umbral Energy Corp. announced the appointment of Mr. Clint Sharples as a Director and Kristina Khersonski as Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for the company. Clint Sharples is a partner in First Growth Management. Clint's primary roles for FGM include CEO of Modu-Loc Fence Rentals, and Paramount Pallet, as well he is the Chairman of Strategic Aviation Services and US Pressure Test. Clint currently sits on the board of CBM Asia Development Corp. Kristina Khersonski is an accountant with 12 years experience providing consulting and financial services to public companies in various industries, including the natural resource sector. From 2004 to 2011 Kristina was a part of Pacific Opportunity Capital team and provided Client services to publicly traded mineral exploration companies in British Columbia. From 2001 to 2004 Kristina served as a Corporate Accountant in client services at Dawn Pacific Management Corporation. Greg Kennedy has resigned as a Director &Corporate Secretary of the company. Also, Pradeep Varshney has resigned as Chief Financial Officer.

Umbral Energy Corp. announced that it has entered into a farm out agreement with an Alberta based oil and gas company to earn a 25% interest in an exploration test well, located in Southern Alberta to earn 25% of all revenue. The estimated cost to Umbral is approximately $300,000. Further participation in the area of interest will be on the basis of 37.5% to earn 37.5%. The company announced that Michael Hart has resigned from the board of directors of the company. Mr. Brad Culver will sit on the board in place of Mr. Hart. Mr. Culver is a Senior Exploration Geophysicist with Birchcliff Energy Ltd.

Effective March 08, 2013, Trijet Mining Corp. will change its name to Umbral Energy Corp.
